Terms of Service
The rules for using our platform, buying credits, and requesting CS2 commend delivery. No surprises — read before you pay.
By using CS2 Commend, creating an account, purchasing credits, or requesting any in-game service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are and what this is
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, dashboard, checkout flows, and related services operated by CS2 Commend("we," "us," "our") — collectively, the "Service."
We provide digital tools that help users request Counter-Strike 2 ("CS2") commend-related services and related credit products. We are not Valve Corporation, Steam, or any game publisher. We do not own CS2, Steam, or your game account.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you:
- Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live);
- Have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract;
- Are not barred from using the Service under applicable law, sanctions, or platform rules;
- Use the Service only for yourself or accounts you are authorized to manage.
You represent that all information you provide (including Steam profile links, payment details, and account data) is accurate and kept current.
3. Steam, CS2, and third-party platforms
Steam and CS2 are operated by third parties. We do not control their terms, policies, updates, or enforcement. Your use of Steam and CS2 remains subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and any applicable game policies.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- We are independent. CS2 Commend is not endorsed by or affiliated with Valve or Steam. Trademarks belong to their owners.
- Delivery depends on third parties. Services may require you to follow instructions on the site (for example joining a server or staying connected). Delays, partial delivery, failed delivery, or account actions by platform operators are outside our control.
- You assume platform risk. Using any third-party service related to game accounts carries inherent risk. You use the Service at your sole risk.
4. Credits, purchases, and virtual balances
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, you purchase credits or digital entitlements redeemable on the Service — not physical goods. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable unless we explicitly allow it, and are licensed for use on the Service only.
- Pricing, bundles, and credit costs may change at any time before you complete a purchase.
- Credits consumed for a started or completed order are generally non-refundable, including when a platform blocks delivery, you do not follow on-site instructions, or you provide an incorrect Steam profile.
- We may correct obvious pricing or credit errors and cancel or adjust orders affected by such errors.
5. Prohibited conduct (zero tolerance)
You agree not to — and not to help anyone — do any of the following:
- Abuse chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraud to obtain credits or services without paying;
- Use stolen cards, compromised accounts, identity theft, or false payment instruments;
- Create multiple accounts to evade bans, limits, refunds, or enforcement;
- Harass our staff, submit fraudulent support tickets, or file bad-faith legal threats to extract refunds or credits;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attack the Service (DDoS, credential stuffing, API abuse);
- Resell or commercially exploit the Service without written permission;
- Request services for accounts you do not own or lack permission to use;
- Violate applicable law, platform rules, or another person's rights.
We may investigate, suspend, terminate, withhold delivery, zero balances, and cooperate with payment processors or law enforcement — without notice where permitted by law.
6. Chargebacks and payment abuse
Filing a chargeback after receiving credits or delivery may be treated as payment fraud, not a routine customer dispute.
If you initiate a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute:
- Your account may be permanently banned from the Service;
- All unused credits may be forfeited immediately;
- We may submit evidence of orders, account activity, and related records to your bank or processor;
- You remain liable for our costs, chargeback fees, and reasonable legal expenses where allowed by law.
Contact us through the support options in your account dashboard before opening a payment dispute.
7. Delivery, timelines, and no guarantees
We describe how services work on the site at the time of your order. Displayed times and success rates are estimates — not promises.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted Service or that in-game results will appear on your profile within any specific time;
- Maintenance, outages, or changes by third-party platforms may pause or cancel delivery;
- If we stop an order for safety or policy reasons, remaining credits may be refunded per our internal rules — that is a courtesy, not an obligation unless required by law.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your expectations, that in-game results will persist, or that you will avoid action by platform operators.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OPERATORS, SUPPLIERS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, GAME ITEMS, ACCOUNTS, OR REPUTATION — EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 30 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT, OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CS2 Commendand anyone acting on our behalf from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service;
- Your violation of these Terms or any law;
- Your violation of platform rules or third-party rights;
- Disputes related to your Steam account or payment methods.
11. Dispute resolution and governing law
Before filing any formal claim, contact us through the support options in your account dashboard and allow 30 days for us to try to resolve it.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, not class or representative actions. You waive any right to participate in a class action against us, except where such waiver is prohibited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we operate the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws in your country mandate otherwise.
12. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including suspected abuse. Sections that by nature should survive (payment abuse, liability limits, indemnity, disputes) survive termination.
13. Contact
Contact us through the support options in your account dashboard before opening a payment dispute.
